Keeping Your Child in Mind

Keeping Your Child in Mind is a 4 week parenting course to support parents to communicate more efficiently and work together to support their family.
 

Family Support Worker Drop-in 

Every Thursday 1-3pm

Our Parent Drop-in is a weekly session where you can pop in to speak confidentially to a Family Support Worker for support on all aspects of family life. Domestic Abuse support and guidance is also available at this session.

DICE

Register your interest for our next course

The DICE programme aims to raise parental awareness of child exploitation by increasing the knowledge and understanding of the
issue that seems to affect so many children and young people in our society.

DICE is appropriate for all parents/ carers of children from the age of 10 and runs as a 4 week course.

Sensory Space

Book a free 45 minutes individual session for your family to enjoy the sensory equipment.
This session is a safe, soothing and stimulating experience through light, colour and sounds.

Small groups may be accommodated, please call the centre if you would like to discuss your needs.
This session runs on Friday.

Self-Esteem Workshop

This session gives parents time to explore how they can support their child.  Children make a Pillow Pals and develop skills to increase their self-esteem.
