Making a referral to Surrey Family Centres

Surrey Family Centres are commissioned by Surrey County Council to work with families with Level 3 need. Some courses/sessions will be made available to Level 2 families.

Level 2 Need:
If your referral to the Family Centres is solely for the attendance of a client at one of our groups/sessions e.g. Parenting Puzzle, please contact the appropriate Surrey Family Centre directly and ask for a ‘Level 2 Support Interest Form’ or complete the form via our website

Level 3 Need:
If your referral is for your client to receive specialist targeted support, please follow the instructions below;
